Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Greenfinch Global Consulting Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide excellent service. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully:

  1. Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 3 hours of purchase, before shipment/service activation. Once shipped/activated, cancellations are not allowed.
  2. Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Refund eligibility is subject to product/service condition and our internal review. 
  3. Non-Refundable Items: Digital goods, subscriptions, or services already delivered/consumed. Customized or discounted products.
